• Do you deliver to my country?
  The shop ship orders internationaly, but a few countries are unfortunately unavailable at this time.
  
  List of countries where it can take a very long time to deliver to:

• How long are pre-orders open?
  Usually a month. To follow the status, please go to Twitter / Bluesky / Instagram
  
  
• How long will it take before my item is shipped?
  Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipping your order!
  

  *FOR PRE-ORDERS: When pre-orders close, there will be a waiting period to order all the stock from the manufacturer. Packages will be shipped as soon as all the orders have been received. It usually takes about 2 months, but it can take longer if there are manufacturing or shipping problems.
  Please be patient.

  Make sure your address is correct at checkout to avoid any delays.
  For shipments outside of Canada, please use roman letters to write down your address.

• What company do you use for shipping?
  Postal service.
  
  
• What payment method do you take?
  PayPal.

• Is the shipping cost included in the price of your products?
  No, it's calculated separately depending on your country of origin. All packages will have tracking by default from 26/02/2025.

• Can I return or exchange my order?
  No returns or exchanges will be accepted and I am not responsible for any delayed or lost packages.
  
  There also won't be any refund because you think it's taking too long for your pre-order to be sent.
  
  If there is a problem with your order directly caused by me (ex: wrong item ordered), I will be more than happy to refund or exchange your order.
  
  
• There are scratches on my acrylic items
  Don't panic, your item is fine.
  When you receive an acrylic item, there's a protective film on it (usually both sides, but some curved surfaces don't). 
  To remove it, gently scratch the edge of the surface and peel off the film.

• Can I wash my pillow in the washing machine/ dryer?
  Yes, but I would advise in removing the stuffing from it first. There's a little hidden zipper on the side which you can open and remove the plush stuffing. You can put it back in once it's clean.
